Wholesale Desiccated Coconut

Desiccated Coconut is made from the white fruit of the coconut. It contains of about 3.5% natural moisture in it. If the moisture is removed from the coconut fruit, then it is called as desiccated coconut. It is also known as dried coconut and is widely used in several food like confectionery, cakes etc.

The white part of the coconut is shredded into small pieces like chips, flakes etc. Then it is dried by blowing hot air on it at a temperature of 52 to 55 degree celcious, to obtain desiccated coconut. By doing this process the natural moisture is removed, hence the desiccated coconut can be preserved for a longer duration.

We are Exporting Desiccated Coconut to various countries.
