Papadam
Papadam is also called appalam or papad is a south Indian wafer which is
tasty and crispy. Papadam is called with different names such as papad, pappad, pappaum and so on. It is made up of
mainly urud dal. It is fried in the coconut oil or gingelly oil or any other cooking oil accoring to the wish of
the user. Papadam is available in different sizes. Appalam is packed in blister packing which will protect the
product from moisture.

Papadum is served as an accompanyment to a meal in India.
